Baymont by Wyndham Sioux Falls

Bed was super comfortable! Quiet (even though our room was right down the hall from the pool area) and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well kept up. Staff were very friendly! We had a personal issue and one staff member went out of their way to help, even though it was not their responsibility. At check out the man at the front desk asked about our stay and wished us safe travels on the road. I would recommend them for sure. I have come into contact with several rude hotel members, but not here. They are extremely kind and it made the stay even better.

This hotel was one of the cheapest listed with a decent review. When we checked in and out the staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast served at hotels. It was right off the highway with a gas station next door for easy fueling up the next morning. We enjoyed our stay and site seeing one night in Sioux Falls.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and well-maintained for the price. Bed was comfortable and the shower and sink worked well. Breakfast was nice with decent variety of hot and cold food and drink. Location is nice with being on one of Sioux Falls' main streets.

I liked that it was very affordable. Pool was perfect size for younger kids as it's only 3 ft. Loved the hot tub. Liked that breakfast was included. Also the gentleman working front desk in mornings was amazing! Didn't catch his name but he was a white gentlemen. Super friendly! Some of the best customer service I've had in awhile. Room is decent size. Id say it's good for the price. Also did not seem like one of those run down motels. Area didn't seem too bad as well and loved that it was right off the highway which would have been nice if it wasn't for road construction going on. Other then that I think the location of hotel would be very convenient. Walmart & Sam's Club are just across the highway as well which I loved.

The gentleman at the desk gave us an (unasked for) upgrade to a larger room w a sofa. The sink/vanity area was a much bigger size as well. The towels were clean and fresh. The king sized bed was comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. The room temp didn't require tweaking even though the outside temp got into the teens that night. We slept very well! Lots of hot water in the shower and the bathroom was spotless! Breakfast consisted of waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs, Oatmeal packets, fruit, pastries/donuts, yogurt, bread and bagels with water, coffee and juices available. There's an IHOP right across from the main entrance if one would prefer. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
